You want it all — naming names, profanity, etc. — you gots it — new Twitter account, locked down from Day 1, followers accepted pretty selectively.

2. If you’re being douchebaggy I’ll let you know here.  It’ll all be inner circle so we should be able to laugh at ourselves.
3. If I’m about to be douchebaggy/drama causing – you may get notice here.
